Once you’re logged in, you can submit a property by filling out our comprehensive submission form. You’ll need to provide the following information:

Relation to the Property: Indicate if you are the seller, wholesaler, agent, or investor.
Property Address: The full address of the property you want to submit.
Do You Hold the Contract? Specify whether you hold the contract for the property.
Option Period Expiry: If you hold the contract, provide the expiration date of the option period.
Property Photos: Provide a link to pictures of the property.
Details: Include any relevant details such as the seller’s motivation, special characteristics, etc.
Occupancy Status: Select the occupancy status of the property (e.g., vacant, owner-occupied, tenant-occupied).
Lease Terms: If tenant-occupied, specify the terms of the lease.
Property Access: Describe how we can access the property for viewing.
Opinion of ARV (After Repair Value): Your estimate of the property’s value after repairs .
Repair Estimate: A breakdown of any repair costs.
Contract Price: The price at which you hold the contract.
Selling Price to Us: The price at which you want to sell the property to us.
Your Name: Provide your full name.
Your Email: Provide your email address.
Your Phone Number: Provide your phone number.
