Prop Connect is available for both new and experienced wholesalers looking to assign properties quickly and effectively anywhere in the United States. At this time we do not accept any properties outside the US or that are owned by foreign entities.
You can submit any type of property, including residential, commercial, and investment properties, whether they are under contract (UC) or in the lead status. Our buyers strongly prefer deals that are under contract so it is recommended that you first get an executed contract, then list your property with that document attached.
We vet all wholesalers and buyers through a rigorous screening process to ensure they have the experience and reliability needed to handle property assignments effectively. After each transaction concludes we gather feedback from both sides to ensure our community is working well together and our buyers are upholding their end of the arrangement.
Once your property has been submitted, we will verify that your submission is complete. If anything is missing, someone from the team will reach out. Once your completed listing moves into the processing phase, our network of potential buyers will review it and submit their bids. Once the bidding window closes, you will be provided with feedback from wholesalers (if provided) and receive your best offer via email.
If you’re an experienced wholesaler or buyer interested in joining our network, you can apply through our website. Our team will review your application and conduct a vetting process to ensure you meet our standards. You are expected to be doing at least 50 deals per year to earn consideration in the bidding process. The lifeblood of our company is that our users know they will receive a legitimate offer from a high quality buyer.
The turnaround time can vary depending on the property and market conditions. However, we strive to provide quick and efficient feedback and assignments to ensure a smooth and timely process.
There are no obligations when submitting a property on Prop Connect. You are free to explore our platform and submit properties without any commitment until you decide to proceed with an assignment or sale.
